There is a war raging against African American children. In this day and time we have the power to fight back.   Children should not be put into handcuffs and treated as if they are hardcore criminals.  The laws governing our city are not setup to protect black children instead they're set up to protect the officers from serving jail sentences when they committ acts of violence against children.  My 15 year old niece was assaulted,  handcuffed,  and thrown into a chair before falling to the ground leaving her unconscious.  The officer who committed this crime is still working his position at PG Plaza Mall.   Please assist me in helping to put this Officer where he belongs and that is behind bars serving time for committing a violent crime against our youth.
