Improving Australian rugby.

The last few years the performance of the Wallabies has been very disappointing. Although it is the players on the field who are the ones who ultimately play the game we can’t blame them for the poor performance as this is only a product of the leadership that guides the team. Australian rugby union is full of toxic politics and Raelene Castle is in the centre of it all. If the CEO can’t communicate with the head Coach, Michael Cheika, then the CEO has to go too and not just Michael Cheika.  Michael at least has rugby union credentials and a carreer to boot whereas Raelene has zero rugby union experience. Raelene has done nothing to improve rugby union and clearly under this leadership rugby union in Australia has gone backwards. This is very dissapointing for all fans of the sport. Rugby Australia needs to appoint a new CEO that can relight the flame that burns in the heart of every Wallabie. Raelene Castle, the CEO, needs to go.
