The Eurovision Song Contest 2017 is really near, many contestant countries are in or have already chosen their representatives through either Internal Selections or National Finals.

The second one is the case of Finland, their National Final, the Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu (UMK) 2017 ended in February 28th with the Song ''Blackbird'' interpreted by Norma John winning over the main favourite, Emma and her ''Circle of light''. 

According to YLE, Finland's national broadcaster, Emma was the online pre-voting favourite, she gained the sympathy of thousands of eurofans not only from Finland but all over the world.

Is not a secret that San Marino is one of the contestant countries with the lowest results, only qualifying once, in 2014, that's why, taking advantage of the country's situation, yet to pick a song, as well as Emma's sympathy and talent, we ask the National Broadcaster of San Marino, Radiotelevisione della Repubblica di San Marino, to take Emma in consideration to represent them at the forthcoming edition of our beloved festival. 

The precedent is Anastasia Prikhodko: She was trying to represent her homecountry, Ukraine at the Eurovision Song Contest 2009, held in Moscow, she didn't win but then she actually managed to contend at Russia's National Final for the same year successfully, taking the first place and giving the host country the 11th place at the Grand Final of Eurovision, proving us that our petition is entirely in agreement to the EBU rules of the ESC. The other case is Serhat, who is turkish but he represented San Marino in Eurovision 2016.
