For the first time in history, this spotlight is holding animal experiments to effective public scientific account, in a debate hearing with qualified judges – proving that animal-based research also causes harm and fatalities to human patients. PLEASE HELP THIS PETITION REACH A WIDER PUBLIC Our science team at FLOE are illustrated by the top medical experts, who secured the only ‘national interest’ ruling, worldwide – on ‘medical and scientific grounds’ – defeating Cambridge University’s plans to build a new non-human primate laboratory, in 2002. Please help us extend our outreach beyond Parliament, to enable the wider public to understand that finding cures is not a case of choosing between ‘this dog or your child’. Indeed quite the opposite: both are harmed by research that is now proven to have never worked in the first place.
