Justice for Sir Cliff Richard
The Issue
After the appalling way Sir Cliff Richard had been treated I feel the Sexual Offences Act 2003 should be changed to grant anonymity for those accused of sexual offences until they are verified.
The Sexual Offences Act 2003 grants victims of sexual offences lifelong anonymity from the moment an accusation is made but there is
no protection for people facing allegations.
