Today, I - and other affected families attended Parliament for the second reading of the 'Helen's Law' bill. If you remember the first reading of the Unlawful Killing (recovery of remains) Bill was passed unanimously at its first reading by my MP Conor McGinn in October. However, a long road still lies ahead. The number of signatures on my petition now stands at more than 390,000 which we are thrilled with. Please do keep encouraging others to sign. Please also write directly to your MP and to PM Theresa May urging them to adopt this much needed change in the law. Thank you, as ever, for your support and kind messages. They really do help.
