A campaigning mother is calling for a change in the law so convicted killers cannot be released from prison until they reveal the locations of their victims' bodies. Marie McCourt, 72, wants 'Helen's Law' in memory of her daughter. Insurance clerk Helen, from Billinge, near Wigan, was 22 when she disappeared on her way home from work in February, 1988.
