Good evening It is so refreshing to see my unassuming but incredibly determined co-campaigner Tracey Frankland-Wilson get the support of the BHF. Her daughter Skye who received her heart transplant aged 6-years-old is now a teenager and keen dancer and with her Dance troupe has decided to organise a fundraising event to raise money for the Children's Heart Unit in Newcastle who saved her life. The local paper has printed a feature all about the fundraiser and Tracey's campaign to introduce the Soft Opt out system in all the UK. Even more amazingly the British Heart Foundation (BHF) have pciked up the story and are now backing Tracey's petition. This is not only going to be fantastic for the number of signatures but generally raising awareness, very well deserved recognition for Tracey who has been working on this campaign for over 2 years now! Here is a link to both articles if you wish to read more, please feel free to share them with your friends/family... http://www.thewestmorlandgazette.co.uk/news/14565113.Mother_of_the_Kendal_girl_who_underwent_heart_transplant_wants_to_change_the_rules_on_organ_donation/?ref=fbshr https://www.facebook.com/bhf/photos/a.390099985853.170120.6503975853/10154367659020854/?type=3&theater Last but not least please keep sharing this petition - you're the reason for it's success! Kindest regards Lucy Ryan
