Scarlett takes The One Show by storm

It was a bittersweet day on Wednesday as Samantha's petition came to an end I was lucky enough to catch "The One Show" on BBC 1 (I have never been so excited to watch The One Show in my life) where they began the programme with a wonderful feature about organ donation, and I was delighted to see some familiar faces on screen as some of my Transplant Hospital Team made up the supporters on the show holding up placards with numbers with how many years they had been transplanted. The star of the feature was the gorgeous Scarlett who received a life saving heart transplant and aged 5 years-old meets the parents of her donor. It honestly is worth a watch as it gives such a clear overview to the transplant crisis in the UK, and how incredible a process transplantation is.
