The Radio Times website gives the following description of the programme “Under Lock & Key”: A special programme by the award-winning director Alison Millar, telling the stories of families whose loved ones are locked away in hospitals, despite promises made by the government in its Transforming Care Policy. Tianze had 17 times good home visits now but every time it is still limited hours only, Every time, when he asks me : Mum, when I can be home for overnight ? My tears out, my heart is broken .I feel Im not a qualified mother even...It is so normal for other kids to live with their parents together as a family , but why our child can't live with parents for one night even during three years hospital time ?
