Dear All: It is exciting news --I have handed my petitions to No.10 Downing street -UK PM's office at 3 PM yesterday afternoon with other families like: Phill Wills, Lynne McCarrick and Annie and leo together.Thank you for all your support. Your comments are all in Prime Minister's office now .Im very pride of you all . Yesterday morning I also attended the APPG meeting in the parliament . The Rt.hon. Tom Clarke MP has chair the meeting. Richard huggins (justice for LB) (LB’s step father) had a speech . Simon stevens ( CEO of NHS England ) has informed us a new care model will be developed soon in July which offers real hope to families of individuals stuck in inappropriate impatient units. However how the closure programme will work,how its progress will be assessed ,how the provision will be developed locally and what the time schedules are for returning people to their communities? Finally Tom Clarke said we still need to keep fighting !! ! After we moved into Middlesbrough, we are closer to Tianze, We could visit him in daily basis, We can deliver him our home cooked warm meal that he likes, however our visit time is still very limited into 1 hour basis only, if he is agitated, our visit can be cancelled in anytime .He is still in locked units without allow him access home yet. Currently after independent doctor’s assessment report, Tianze should can go to residential school/college, however it is a question mark now who fund this residential school !!! People said Fife council should still play the role now but fife council said they are not clear about this yet … Based on the guide from the department of health that it clearly stated as following: The provision of accommodation and/or services must not be delayed or otherwise adversely affected because of uncertainty over which local authority is responsible. However we still don’t know yet whether it will influence Tianze’s next care plan. Please continue to share my petition to bring Tianze home !Tianze is still suffering ,we are still suffering !!
