Sir Bob Jones and Renae Maihi Added as Decision Makers to this Petition - soon to be revised downward from a petition to a signed letter.....As an Irishman I take strong exception to Sir Bob's comments in the NBR column concerned about being "infected with Irish blood" . He has purloined the Irish Sense of the Ridiculous - https://www.independent.ie/lifestyle/did-you-hear-the-one-about-the-irish-wit-26434328.html Immediate disgorgement will be pursued! I for one hereby strongly request a cold pint of Guinness, during my next visit to Wellington, and indefinitely at subsequent visits. Both Sir Bob and Ms Maihi are undoubtedly two very gifted and talented New Zealanders, who, in their own way, each aim to get people thinking, for the better, about where New Zealand is going. This proposal is one way of seeking consensus through robust debate without rancour....
