A call from the Dept for Work and Pensions

We received a call to the Grief Recovery office today. Imagine our surprise when it was from the Dept for Work and Pensions! It seems our petition has gained such momentum that we came to the attention of Esther McVey MP, who the petition was aimed at. Her colleague kindly told us that the petition would be better off going to the Dept for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS). You may have noticed that the petition has been updated and is now directed to the Rt Hon Greg Clark MP, the Secretary of State for BEIS. There's no need to take any action, but do please continue to share, tell your friends, and even write to your local MP to help spread the word about bereavement leave.
