The response from Mr khullar makes the stand of TRAI perfectly clear.Its anti consumer.Please start mailing the template on the website http://netneutrality.in/ to telecom minister and TRAI so that TRAI keeps its word which it said a few months ago due to protests at that time.Lets get our voice heard before the regulator comes up with any anti consumer proposal and believe me then it will never go back
