Queensland Ombudsman and Queensland Human Rights Commission

Hi Everyone,

No significant updates at this stage, however I have lodged a complaint with the Queensland Human Rights Commission and will shortly be submitting a formal complaint to the Queensland Ombudsman.

There are two significant pieces of legislation that we believe the DES have contravened: 

1.  The Public Sector Ethics Act 1994 ; and

2.  The Human Rights Act 2019

We will keep you up to date on our progress.
