Brachycephalic obstructive airway syndrome (BOAS) – also known as brachycephalic syndrome – is extremely common in flat-faced dogs. The ability to breathe normally is a huge struggle for dogs with this syndrome. Breathing is a basic and innate right of any living being and to breed such litters suggests that a life of suffering and ultimately early death is permittable and just. Please put a stop to this and allow an ethical way of dog ownership which focuses on rescuing rather than breeding.
