We first met Norman the cat after he had been taken in by Thanet Cats in Crisis, he had supposedly been involved in an RTA and his owners had neglected him; refusing to take him to the vet. After racking up a large vet bill, being diagsnosed with multiple chronic conditions including phenoumia, the RSPCA took him from Thanet, promising to treat him. Whilst they continued with his treatment, they didn't prosecute his previous owners and we want answers!
