Help jail/expel or deport this kitten torturer.

 jiwen Zhang from St Lucia in Brisbane has horrifficly tortured a innocent kitten. 

He put it in the oven allowing it to burn itself trying to escape. He pulled out all her teeth and cut her claws/toes. He tried to drown her. He is a abonanation and is not wanted here or anywhere. He was let off with no punishment. 

He needs to be made to be punished for his horrific crime. Who knows who or what he will torture next if he is not made to pay for his crimes.
