Many horses on Harlow common are not looking very well. They are tied up and forced to sleep in churned up mud. They are lucky to have water as the buckets are knocked over. They have no health checks. No shelter from the bitter winds and heavy rain.

the council say it's not down to them even after many residents have complained.

The RSPCA say it's down to the council as it's on common land. 

The Harlow people do not want cruelty to these wonderful animals. It's  unnecessary and must be controlled or stopped
