A woman was murdered yesterday and her 12-year-old daughter was critically injured in Bentley, WA. Police have taken the woman’s 16-year-old son into custody. He was detained in Cannington. She is the 38th Australian woman killed this year.
Last year we lost 79 women to violence - the year before 106 women were killed.
