Police have charged a 19-year-old male with the murder of a 29-year-old woman in White Peak, Western Australia on Tuesday. It is not known if the male has a connection to the woman. She is the 33rd Australian woman killed this year. Last year we lost 79 women to violence - the year before 106 women were killed. Her death marks three femicides this week. The man is also charged with trying to kill two other people. Police allege he murdered the woman when his vehicle drove into the motorhome she and her companions were travelling in. His driving before the crash is still under investigation and witnesses are urged to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
Her death should be the reason we get a Royal Commission into the Killing of Women and Girls. Please sign the petition (f you haven't already) and share it with your circle. The more voices we get the better chance we have of success!
