Brandy Cook just let a man who PLED GUILTY for TWO counts of MURDER off on a plea deal in which he will spend no more than 99 months in prison! The man participated in a violent shootout in downtown Salisbury that took two human lives! This is so far beyond unacceptable that it’s hard to comprehend! We the people should not have any tolerance for this form of egregious leniency for such horrendous violent crimes! This woman is obviously incompetent to fulfill her role as the district Attorney!
