just from wednesday nights skate meet! we are definitely pushing for more lights! it’s way to hot to skate during the times the park is open. so pushing the closing time back to 10 or 11pm will allow us to utilize our skatepark more and safer if we get proper lighting. the parking lots surrounding the area that are city owned are a christmas tree in comparison to the skate park. we are attending the parks and recreation meeting august 21st to help push these positive changes to our skate park! thank you for the support!
