Hi Everyone! I have taken the liberty to update our "Talc Kills" Petition to emphasize the importance that the FDA INCLUDE ALL CANCERS & MEDICAL CONDITIONS in their Publication and Regulation of Talc to INCLUDE JUSTICE FOR ALL TALC VICTIMS!

It is sad but True that lawyers are only suing on behalf of CERTAIN Ovarian Cancer and Mesothelioma from Talc Victims. We must NOT allow them to deny all the rest of us the opportunity for Justice! 

I have sent Scott Gottlieb MD, FDA Commissioner a Copy of our Updated Petition today along with our Cover Letter.

Thank You for Signing Our Petition. The ONLY REAL CHANGE CONCERNING Talc will occur through the FDA - NOT THROUGH the MINORITY Represented by the Ovarian Cancer Litigation.
