Hi all, thanks so much for signing the petition, its going well but every extra signature counts. There is a new scientific paper just out which confirms that fish farm ADDs are creating a huge amount of noise all over the special area of conservation for porpoise. We know that these ADDs drive porpoise and dolphins away from their feeding grounds and can deafen them. It's against the law to disturb a porpoise or dolphin but these salmon farms are getting away with doing just that. If salmon farmers fit double nets to keep seals and salmon apart they do not need ADDs and they would not need to shoot seals either. Please share and ask all your friends and family to sign the petition. David has a meeting with Roseanna Cunningham, our Environment Minister next week and it would be amazing to present the petition with over 10,000 signatures. Together we can make a difference.
