Angel DeCarlo was  unmercifully and unjustly shot down in the street in Hopewell, VA. On December 18,,  2018. An ambulance was never called and she lay bleeding on the ground for five hours or more until the coroner came to pronounce her dead.  This is unbelievable , imhuman AND imacceptable.
