Waking up in the morning and walking to your car and you find the most disgusting pile of stinking horse manure has been deposited outside your drivers door and cars have splattered it all over the door handle which your child has ran to open in excitement for school....

This is a common problem for the people of Kirriemuir and I believe the same rules should apply to Horses as they do to dogs.

The smell and quantity which is left and forgotten about stays for days and can build up unless the residents of the streets clean it to the side or bag it up.

I propose that Horse owners should be fined for failure to collect their animals waste.

I understand that it might be tricky if solo hacking but then it’s simple to return to the area where the offence was committed.
