Hello all! Unfortunately, Tarvarus' Habeas Corpus (2254) was denied recently. BUT! hope is not lost! We are in the process of appealing the denial, but first, we have to get a certificate of appeal-ability granted to file the actual appeal. Then, we can submit the appeal. It is a costly process. Tarvarus and I both ask if you could please keep us in your prayers! Thank you to all who have signed, shared, and continue to support us. God has the final say so we fight like heck!
