5. Fennell lied about his whereabouts on the last night Stacey was known alive.
6. Fennell was the last person with Stacey at the time of her death.
7. When Fennell's truck was located, the driver's side seatbelt was engaged, which is typical for law enforcement, implying a cop was last driving the truck. Fennell was a cop.
8. Stacey's fingernails were clipped to the quick post mortem. In 1996, law enforcement knew DNA was collected from fingernails, but, it wasn't known in the general public.
9. Fennell closed his and Stacey's joint bank account the morning of April 23, 1996 - hours before Stacey's body was found.
10. Fennell sold his pick-up truck a few days after Stacey's death, prior to a full forensics investigation and processing of the vehicle, even though the truck was filled with evidence.
11. Fennell failed two polygraph exams. When specifically asked if he strangled Stacey, Fennell failed the question.
12. Fennell "Pled the 5th" rather than answer questions in open court about his role in Stacey's death.
