Dear Friends of the Rocky Dog Run,

We have completed our Garden Rehabilitation and Dog Run Area Renovations Proposal. Here is a copy of our proposal.  It combines the garden rehabilitation tasks with our vision for the dog run renovations we would like the NYC Parks Department to consider for the upcoming dog run renovation project.
