Dear Sir/Madam,

After the release of Red Dead Redemption 2 for PC, I was surprised to find that the companion app was not supported. It was the first game that I ever pre-ordered and I was looking forward to using the live-map feature to experience the game on a different level.

After a couple of days I decided to contact your support through live chat to ask if and when the companion app would support the PC version of the game. They indicated that they could not say anything about it and instructed me to monitor the Newswire. I was dissatisfied with this reply and started a petition, that has now been signed by 500 users passionate about RDR2 for PC. I understand that Rockstar is working on more important things than the companion app, but just providing a statement that the company is working on it (or not), whether the PC version will ever be supported, and if possible an ETA, would go a long way to appeasing the community. The dissatisfaction is based more on uncertainty than it is on impatience.
