Just today their was a tragic incident of 4 people who were struck by a car due to no sidewalk by State Route 59 and Robert Pit. In the incident was a mother and her 13 year old, 8 year old, and 2 month old child where struck and are in serious condition. Everyone who signs this petition is agreeing that their should be a sidewalk placed on the side of Route 59. If you look at the petition picture you can see that the  lack of a sidewalk is so bad that people walk on the grass so often that theirs no grass growing.
