First and foremost, I want to thank all of you for supporting this petition.  It has been astonishing to me to see how much support there has been for this. 

I'd like to ask you all to share this petition on your social media this weekend.  The more people see it, the more likely we will be to get more signatures.

For those of you who don't know, I've created a facebook page supporting this cause as well that can be found at the link below.  It's gotten a tremendous amount of support of the last week or so, with more than 1,000 likes on the main post.  I update it daily with a music video of the day and some snippets of the VJs doing interviews, doing intros to videos and anything I can find really.  They're a lot of to watch.

I'd also like to thank Jan Spencer, who has worked tirelessly to support the cause.  She's written up a fantastic press release that will distributed to media outlets shortly.  I believe there will be a good number of media outlets that will pick it up.

Finally, I'd like to thank all of you.  It is because of your support, that I believe we may reach our shared goal.  There's still a long way to go, but I am encouraged by the number of people that believe this is worthwhile.  Your continued support is greatly appreciated and will be the driver for us to get across the finish line.  Thank you.
