Rochester schools is planning to join our high school with South Royalton and transport our children there daily. They also plan to send our 6th through 8th graders to Bethel and close the high school only to have forestry programs available at different times.  I don't like the idea of my children going to South Royalton every day their school day will go from 7 hours to 9 hours and that is not counting sports, this leaves no time for family. They will be doing homework all hours of the night and this will exhaust our children when sleep is as crucial to education and nutrition. Please help me by signing the following petition to tell the school board that we will vote down sending our children to South Royalton.
