132 Supporters Strong!

Just thought I would send out an update as to where we stand with the petition thus far. We have 132 signatures and a ton of great comments. Reading through the comments there is a single concern bubbling to the top...that is the safety of the campers along the lakeside camp road. Another concern is the preserving peacefulness we all love to enjoy while camping at Meacham. We intend to deliver this petition shortly to the DEC so if you have anymore family and friends that care about the place we all love please encourage them to sign our petition and leave comments as well. Please see the editorial by William Gori about people missing the point regarding Meacham Lake. Thank you for your support, Dave and Kathy Meacham
