Please ask the United States Ambassador to Indonesia, ROBERT O. BLAKE, JR. to request that the Indonesian government close down the private Bandug Zoo in Indonesia. Horrific conditions exist there where animals such as bears beg for food and are clearly emaciated.  An elephant died in chains there in May of 2016 and the tears are visible on the animal as it was dying. According to the West Java Nature Conservation Agency (BKSDA), there was no veterinarian assigned to the zoo for the last year.
