Thanks for signing "Tell the truth about Futenma airbase"

Thank you so much for signing my petition asking Marine Corps Commandant Robert Neller to tell the truth about Futenma airbase: https://www.change.org/p/robert-neller-commandant-of-the-marine-corps-tell-the-truth-about-futenma-airbase In about a week and a half, the petition has reached 150 signatures from the US, Japan, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Guam, New Zealand, and the UK. For a petition to be successful, it must be seen by a great many people. If all 150 signers share the petition with their friends, we can double or triple that total. If you’re uncomfortable with sharing it with all of your friends, perhaps you can share it with those you think would be most receptive. What’s important is that you include the petition link, and tell them why you signed it. For example, you could explain that falsehoods such as Neller’s are precisely what sustains Okinawa’s subjugation, and must not go unchallenged. My motto is “From action comes hope.” We don’t find hope by sitting around waiting for it to strike us; we find it by overcoming our inertia and doing something. That something needn’t be earthshaking. Because when many people do something small, the net result can be enormous. Thanks again, Jon Reinsch
