My latest petition could siphon billions from the credit card companies back towards consumers. The petition requests that Credit Card Companies not charge interest on credit card donations made to Natural Disaster causes and that the zero interest, or very low interest, ride at the back of the customer in good standing's debt so that their overall interest rate actually drops just a bit for as long as they have the credit card debt.
