Let us tell you why we still NEED your attention.

Since starting this campaign, people have been reaching out to us. They have been talking to us about their own experiences in the 8th Circuit Court of Illinois, and it has left us with one very loud, resounding message: This is not one judge, one time, one rapist, one victim.

THIS IS THE WHOLE SYSTEM.

And while it is feels good to see the State's Attorney's Office has filed an appeal in this case and the Appellate Court in Springfield IL has acknowledged receipt of this appeal, and Attorney General Kwame Raoul has made a statement that Judge Adrian's verdict reversal was a clear abuse of power - and yes, that is good - however...,

Guess what we learned today?

States Attorney Gary Farha has employed Drew Schnack as his own personal attorney! Drew Schnack, as it the attorney who was/is representing Drew Clinton. Drew Schnack, as in the attorney (at least, one of the attorneys...) who reportedly is having private off-record meetings with the judges in their chambers. Drew Schnack, who is "pleasantly surprised" when rapists get off scot-free. Drew Schnack, who proudly states, "I always think I’m going to win." Well, the pieces are starting to fit into place as to why Drew Schnack would think that.

So yes, we need to talk about Robert Adrian, but we also need to talk about Drew Schnack III. We need to talk about Judge Drummond. We need to talk about Judge Henze. We need to talk about Judge Larson. We need to talk about Gary Farha.

We need to talk about the entire 8th Circuit Court System,
and more.

And we really, really, need your help.

Because we have made this impossible to "sweep under the rug" at a local level. The State of Illinois is now looking into it. We do not trust the State of Illinois is going to handle it. And we are really afraid that even if this one ruling, this one time is set right: Judge Adrian might still keep his job, and Drew Schnack won't get disbarred, and all these other corrupted lawyers and judges are going to just go along handing the same injustices to countless more victims and families going forward. 

Please send more than hopes and prayers.

We need your voices. We need your actions.

We need to get this bigger than State-level, because from what we are hearing, this same process has been started for the same reasons and gotten to the same point, and it has all fallen through. It has drained people of years, of hope, of childhoods, and it has destroyed their families financially and spiritually all for no justice to this day.

We are so sad, and scared, and at this point we have no reason to truly believe that change - real change - has been achieved.

They are just waiting for us to "stop shooting off our mouths," as Drew Schnack says we are doing. They are waiting for the hype and publicity to die down. Maybe they think if they use Robert Adrian as a fall guy that we'll be appeased. And his removal from the judiciary would be a nice stepping stone toward our larger goals.

But we want real change.
We want actual justice.
