Tomorrow, the Adams County Illinois State's Attorney, Gary Farha, will speak with Deputy Director of the Fourth District at the Illinois State's Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor's Office, David Robinson, about the possibility of upholding Judge Adrian's original verdict in this case.

We are very hopeful the appellate court has the power to nullify the change in verdict due to the conversation, at the January 3, 2022, sentencing hearing, by both Schnack and Adrian concerning their knowledgeable disregard for the law.
