We have a neighbor who is mentally ill. She is a huge nuisance to the neighborhood, to many individuals tied to the neighborhood as well. School bus drivers, school superintendents and other members of the school board she has involved, random people she picks out of the phone book in our area, local businesses she shoplifts from, and children who have to hear her scream profanity at on a regular basis. She walks through our valley up here and takes things that are not locked up. She harasses numerous people. She is also raising a child that she abuses verbally and physically. Her child is 6 or 7 years and is not attending school. Her child speaks profanity just as badly as her mother does. We all feel that if this neighbor was removed and placed in the care of a group home for people who have mental health issues where she can be monitored 24 / 7 the community would be a much safer and peaceful place. She is unstable and un- supervised for hours at a time every day when her father is working. She just recently shop lifted again at a local business. She is a huge nuisance and needs to be properly taken care of.
