Hello I am writing in regards to the Cleveland VA using dogs for deadly experiments. Dogs have no rights. We do! They can’t speak for themselves, we have to! I am disgusted by this. What has this come to. Is this because this a government facility? Cleveland clinic is not doing this, how many other hospitals are doing this besides Cleveland? This is inhumane ! I would like this outlawed on dogs and cats! I would also like every VA in every city investagated. This is outrageous.
