Tom was a naughty young boy once roaming on the streets of chennai but a tragic day had just changed his life in seconds yes he met with an accident ,a drunken cab driver had mercilessly hited him,as it was night time there is no one to help him he was shouting in pain and crying all night but after the dawn someone called us(street dog shelter) for help when we went to that place we saw tom crying in pain we are speech less ,immediately we had took him to a vet clinic nearby the doctors were shocked on seeing toms condition they temporally stopped bleeding with cotton and woll and after making several tests and scans they had found something sad that there are several fractures on toms body and the important thing is his spinal chord there is nerve damage in his spinal chord which made the doctors to say that he can't walk again now tom is under observation by our doctors  in our shelter so we tried to found out the taxi driver but we just got some cab number and some of his details so we had made a complaint on him to the local Rto and traffic board but there is no action till now so starting this petition
