Hi All,

Whenever election comes, we start talking about, we should vote, if we want betterment to happen, we should vote. 

My contention, what if you don't find any right match to vote, what if our constituency candidates are not at all capable and not carries intellectual to be a good leader, what if those persons are of criminal background and fighting elections for their own good, they are not bothered about men welfare, society welfare. 

How will common men come to know all this, how will common men come to know who should he vote and who should he ignore. 

I suggest only capable, right intellectual candidate with zeal of nation welfare, carries some of the most important leadership qualities, such as integrity and accountability, should be given right to stand for election

"Ironically, those who make good political leaders are often those who least want the position in the first place! These are individuals who do not seek power but who have authority conferred upon them by others who value their judgement."

Why election commission does not create filter mechanism so that only good repo and gentleman person gets tickets to fight election. 

Why dont political parties are given mandate to share list of their respective candidates well in advance before elections according to division they will be handling, what would be the responsibility/contribution of each candidate, candidates should be selected through 360 degree review, they should be selected  as per their knowledge of specific field, their previous track record, candidates should be selected in advance considering who shall  handle what particular field/industry/department  

For a professional there are regulation for misconduct, then why not strict norms for  politician, to whom we are relying, who is selected to build our future, politician are public servants, they are chosen to serve for public but in our existing system, most of the politician exploit system, exploit public for personal interest.

Before motivating person to vote, there should be arrangement to make them educate, help them to assess, which person is better for overall community, for society, for nation, and not for any specific caste, region.

The leader for India need to be an educated and a smart working leader who could take several measures to develop with doing an equal justice to all the people of castes, class and of all religion. A leader must take such a careful step towards developing the country that no person is at a loss while the the other people of the same society are at a benefit and he also needs to work to stop corruption in the country and most try to stop the problem of unemployment rate in this country.

And By Leader I mean not only PM, but also cabinet ministers, MLAs, MPs, MCD and all respective officials.

I request all to lets unite and force each political party to come up with good candidates with agenda of national development, and push Election Commission to permit only person of integrity, competent, man of honor
