Putnam County Sheriff's Officers arrested Ruth Bryant as the suspected leader of a dogfighting ring in Putnam County.  Dog fighting is a horrendous act of violence and studies show that people who are willing to harm animals will also harm people.  We are asking the Putnam County District Attorney to ensure Ms. Bryant receives the maximum penalty allowed by law if she is convicted.
