Family Court Survivor Campaign calls for cases to be reviewed

Following the publication of the damning Ministry of Justice report that confirmed the harmful treatment of domestic abuse survivors and their children in the family courts, the survivor campaign #thecourtsaid have started a petition we thought you would be interested in.

They want to send this message to Ministers before the summer recess starts in a couple of weeks, so please sign and share now!

"We call upon the government urgently to immediately review all cases that have gone before the proposed reforms, and the ones that will suffer during the transition to reform. We call upon the government to reverse decisions where possible and provide compensation to those affected by the crisis." #thecourtsaid
