MoJ Panel - Progress Update

A few days before #thecourtsaid protest the Ministry of Justice issued a progress update on the ongoing review that was launched in June. There is a glimmer of hope as the interim findings appear to be pointing to systemic problems with the assessment of risk around court ordered contact. Find the full article is here:

Domestic Abuse Bill

Sadly, the progress of the Domestic Abuse Bill has been halted yet again when the Government called a general election. We will not be deterred and will post further updates on what can be done to keep this important piece of legislation on the agenda.
