Instead of trying to stop backyard breeding or even attempt to get it under control in New York City they have resolved to killing homeless companion pets (DOGS AND CATS) every day of the year. They are literally being killed everyday and it's a painful death for healthy animals, especially the young. The majority of the dogs are American Pitbull Terriers (among other bully breeds) under the age of 5, abandoned for excuses like "personal problems, new baby, moving, landlord, cost and NYC housing authority ban on dogs over 25 lbs." ACCNYC also kills newborn kittens who haven't even opened their eyes yet. At any given time there are over 40 cats on the EUTHANASIA list at one time and I've seen as many as 33 dogs on the EUTHANASIA list at one time. New York (City) makes a task force for everything they want to stop. Why haven't they made one to help get a handle on this epidemic? Inhumane has become normal to them and it has to stop. There's another way to deal with this. The killing can't go on forever. FIGHTING FOR NYC AND MY STATE, NEW YORK, TO MAKE CHANGES AND STRIVE FOR A BETTER NATION, A NO KILL NATION!!!!!! When New York gets on board, other states will follow.
