Dodge Penalty

Riot Games has posted an update for their behavioral system.

I do not know when this will be implemented but players who dodge que will be punished.

So far the punishments are lockouts and loss of LP.

The more times a player dodges que the more LP they will lose and the longer they will be locked out.
