Akali has been nerfed way too hard. She does not do the "assassin" damage anymore. The ult should either be nerfed through damage or nerfed through cooldown. PICK ONE. Nerfing her both cooldown and damage wise has made her one of the weakest assassins right now. Her passive was great before. Instead of getting rid of it, just nerf how much it heals her. Before the change she was a balanced champion. I'm dying way too quickly and I'm not dealing enough damage either. Before I could one shot Lux for example and now I cannot. Her W uses way too much energy as well.
